Restoration of Smart Crematorium Pokhari in Ward No.09 of NAC Daspalla.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. (measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition

Extra lifts of 1.50 mtr or part thereof over the initial lift of 1.5 mtr in all kinds of embankments and road works and ordinary earthwork in general

Conveyance of surplus materials i.e. earth , dimatalled materials within 5 K.M. lead without loading into tractor/tipper but with unloading at disposal site etc. complete..

Earth work in excavation in Hard soil within 50 Mtr initial lead and 1.5 mtr. initial lift including rough dressing the bed as per direction of engineer in charge ( In Foundation & Plinth )

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size hard black granite Crosser broken metal approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting laying using concrete mixture and vibrators including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by E.I.C.

P. C. C. ( 1: 2 : 4 )_using 12 mm size hard granite crusher broken chips including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P centering shuttering, providing & fixing expanation joints etc complete. as per dicrection of E.I.C

Providing Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. work including false works and dismentalling them after casting . (a) RCC Foundation

Brick work with Fly ash bricks of 25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 8 Cm. size having crushing sfength not less than 75 Kg./Crn2 with dimensional tolerance + 2 % in cement mortar ( 1 : 4 ) in foundation and plinth

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brickwork including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing priming 1 coat with any approved primer all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and Weather Coat two coats to walls with approved shade on new work to give an even shade etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C

Providing Photographs , Placing & Fixing of transparency board at Work Site etc. complete .
