Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundations, valve pit, cable inspection chamber, laying of cables, pipe lines etc & getting out in any type of soil including trimming sides & forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.50 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth, for foundations, laying of cables, pipe lines etc and getting out in any type of soil including trimming sides & forming bottom of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for area drain & bedding for pipes etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in area drain bottom etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Formwork & Reinforcement shall be measured seperately under respective items).

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in packing & haunching for pipes complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Formwork & Reinforcement shall be measured seperately under respective items).

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in side walls of area drains complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Formwork & Reinforcement shall be measured seperately under respective items).

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in area drain cover slab in required type & pattern duly set in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement ,cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc., cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed..

Use & waste of form work for area drain bottom etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of form work for side walls of drains and pipe haunching or similar work , vertical or to batter with one (internal) side of drain surface of concrete finished smooth in formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying clean dry fine unwashed river sand cushioning to underground cable laid in two layers ( 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable), total 23 cm thick including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured ).

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any grade/mix & thickness from the existing dispersal area including removal of demolished spoil/concrete debris for depositing inside the AF station area located 8 Km to 10 Km distance from the demolition site and properly leveling deposited debris/ spoil at the dumping location etc complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying and picking up Water Bound Macadam (WBM) & Granular sub base ( GSB) of any thickness & grading from the existing dispersal area base including segregation /screening and stacking of coarse aggregate for measuring for credit & removal of salvage /spoil for depositing inside the AF station area located 8 Km to 10 Km distance from the demolition site & properly leveling deposited spoil at the dumping location etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ordinary portland cement 43 grade of approved brand/make in bags of 50 kg each all as specified & directed .

Refilling of excavated dispersal area with excavated available soil after pulversing & blending with cement @ 3 % by weight of soil through mechanical operation and rolling the mixture and consolidating the surface in layers each not less than 100 mm thick and not more than 200 mm thick ( total 500 mm compacted thickness) and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne vibratory roller to achieve minimum soaked CBR value 8% and K- value 5 kg/cm3 including finishing surface to required shape , size , camber & gradient etc complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- Cement shall be measured as " Supply Only " under respective item ) .

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in soft spots, depressions etc., which occur during rolling to required camber and gradient etc. including watering before and during rolling complete all as specified.

M & L for 300 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub-base ( GSB )using stone aggregate of size 40 mm to 60 mm interstices filled,laid in two layers each of 150 mm thickness ( compacted) , spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular sub-base ( GSB )using stone aggregate of size 40 mm to 60 mm interstices filled ,laid in two layers each of 100 mm thickness ( compacted ) , spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 200 mm thick (Compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam ( WMM ) using crushed stone coarse aggregate of approved grading , laid in two layers each of 100 mm thickness ( compacted ) with mechanical paver, each layer spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including necessary lateral support & form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) of grade M-15 design mix (using minimum 250 kg OPC 43 grade cement per Cum) laid with mechanical paver to required gradient & camber etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of DLC concrete surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud / rubber tyre deposits etc. by sweeping with brooms / gunny bags & finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose dirt and supply & lay 400 micron High density polythene(HDPE) transparent film conforming to IS:2508 over a tack coat of paving bitumen grade VG-10 @ 3.5 kg /Xsqm all as specified and directed. (Note :-Film shall be laid with minimum 150 mm overlap both in longitudinal & transverse direction however plain surface area without overlap shall be measured for payments).

M&L for 400 mm thick pavement quality control concrete ( PQC) having minimum field flexural strength 45 kg/Sqcm using non circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions laid with slip form mechanical paver to the required level, gradient and camber in dispersal area complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Synthetic fibre shall be measured & paid as supply only under respective items).

M&L for 150 mm thick pavement quality control concrete( PQC ) having minimum field flexural strength of 45 kg/Sqcm using non circular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions laid with slip form mechanical paver to the required level , gradient and camber in dispersal area complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Synthetic fibre shall be measured & paid as supply only under respective items).

Supply only Polyester non circular synthetic fibres of approved make/brand ,6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point 240-260 degree Centigrade and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spraying mechanically concrete curing compound over PQC surface of dispersal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming by cutting with diamond cutter 25mm wide expansion joints to full depth of slabs (400 mm thick), primed and filled with compressible rubber filler board (silflex dura board HD 100 of Supreme make or equivalent) and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 12mm (leaving 2 mm to 3 mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendation, complete all as shown on drawing & specified (Note: Compressible filler board shall be fixed after full depth cutting of slab using diamond cutter ).

M&L for forming by cutting with diamond cutter 25mm wide expansion joint to full depth of PQC slabs (150 mm thick), primed and filled with compressible rubber filler board (silflex dura board HD 100 of Supreme make or equivalent) and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 12mm (leaving 2 mm to 3 mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendation, complete all as shown on drawing & specified . Note: Compressible filler board shall be fixed after full depth cutting of slab using diamond cutter ).

M&L for forming by cutting PQC slab with diamond cutter , contraction/dummy joint 8 mm wide x 100 mm deep primed and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations including 3 mm wide saw cut upto 60mm depth complete all as shown on drawings & specified.

M&L for forming by cutting PQC slab with diamond cutter, contraction/dummy joint 8 mm wide x 50 mm deep primed and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations including 3 mm wide saw cut upto 60mm depth complete all as shown on drawings & specified.

M&L for forming by cutting PQC slab with diamond cutter, construction joint 10 mm wide and 25 mm deep primed and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10mm (excluding 2 mm to 3 mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations, complete all as shown on drawings & specified.

M&L for broom finishing of concrete pavement surface by using Tining machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of concrete surfaces and applying two coats of road marking paint (water based) on surfaces as in centre line marking, edge marking, threshold marking, touch down marking (Plan-Alpha) and all other markings exc 10 cm wide for runway , dispersal, apron & taxiways using paint application machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , jointing & testing 100 mm bore ductile iron pressure pipes centrifugally cast (spun) with spigot & socket ends including specials (such as bend , tee, elbow etc) of class 'K-7' ( ISI marked) conforming to IS:8329, in any length , laid in trenches , jointed with tyton joints with & including jointing material i.e. suitable rubber gasket push on & including taking up existing pipe of any type and bore complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Earthwork & excavation shall be measured & paid separately under respective items ) .

M&L for construction of flyash brick masonary valve pit of size 600mm x600mm x 900 mm (internal dimentions ) with 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in base , 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in floor , 230 mm thick brick masonary using old size flyash bricks in CM 1:4 , 10 mm thick internal rendering in CM 1:4 & externally plastered 15 mm thick upto 150 mm below GL in CM 1:4 and angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm embedded in 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer with locking arrangement incl 6 Lever pad lock and lifting handle all as shown in TD No. CEAF/TD/EM/01 etc complete all as specified and directed.
