M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for embedding fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of Fe-290-W (Gde-E-165), compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm wide or girth incl preparation of surface etc., compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair surfaces of brickwork or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concretes, sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path, hardstanding, finished concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to beprepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing completeconforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 compete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall side covering etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450x7mm thick/350x250x7mm thick/300x200x7mm thick fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on vertical surface such as skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match the existing surface complete all as specified.

M&L for granite (of any type) 18-20 mm thick one side machine polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window Cills, and top of kitchen platform and top of counter top wash basin etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including a coat of 2-3mm thick wall care putty on plastered surface complete all as specified and direceted.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position and any description not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specifieid and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 nominal mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS TMT bar 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel heaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 250 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium handles, fabricated type, anodised 150 mm size compete all as specified and directed.

S&F butt hinges 100 mm size medium weight cold rolled mild steel compete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed, compete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3-4mm thick PVC tiles/ sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, homogenious laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors complete all as specified and directed.
