SH-I:- Annual Maintenance Contract :
1. Annual Maintenance Contract of all 56 units of microcontroller based Conventional Fire Control Panel along with microprocessor based GSM Auto Dialer with complete associated components installed at NAV-Aids Units & ASMGCS Units in Operational Area i/c inspection / checking, testing & repairing of minor faults (if any) i/c fixing of spares (as mentioned in SH-II) i/c supply and fixing of spare parts such as IC, push button, indicator, relays and other accessories (without any extra cost) of Fire Control Panel & GSM Auto Dialler as per site requirement. It also includes monthly visit of experienced Engineer/ Technical Expert for checking operation & functioning of Fire Detection & Auto Dialler System, & performance checking of all Smoke Detectors, Baterries etc., unlimited attending of all breakdown complaints / calls as well as generating & providing Serviceability Report to concerned Engineer of monthly visit/Check. (Note : It also includes mandatory cleaning of all detectors on quarterly basis and submission of reports)
SH-II: Supply of Spares Parts as & when required
1. Supply of Display unit for Conventional Fire Control Panel with Accessories as per site requirement.
2. Supply of Fire Panel Controller Card as per site requirement.
3. Supply of microprocessor based GSM Auto Dialer wth display unit compatible with existing Conventional Fire Control Panel, detector etc. having facility of minimum 10 telephone lines dialling with recordeded message announcement system. (Make: Agni Devices Pvt. Ltd., Daksh, Apollo, Sease Fire, Secuirco, System Sensor or equivallent.)
4. Supply of Microcontroller based Conventional Fire Control Panel capable for controlling Fire Detection & Auto Dialler System upto 2 Zone. (Make: Agni Devices Pvt.Ltd., or equivallent as per AAI approved make)
5. Supply of Optical type Smoke Detector as per AAI approved make.
6. Supply of Sealed Maintenance free rechargable Battery (SMPS) of 12 V, 7AH capacity and compatible with existing Fire Detection & Auto Dialler System as per AAI approved make.
