Dismantling Plain Cement concrete and clearing away from the site and unused materials including all labour charges etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing floor / dadooing walls in cement mortar with Glazed tile/Mosaic tiles/Cuddapah slabs and cleaned away from the site including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.(Ref.:- PWD SOR 2025-26, Annex III- Rates of works - Unique Code- W-0042 (Page-31))

Earthwork excavation in all classes of Soils and Sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting including initial lead and lift, dressing the excavation upto bed level for Foundation as SS 20 B specification etc., complete

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing concrete etc., complete

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using Country bricks for Foundation, Basement and Superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for curing and other incidental charges etc ,complete.(Bricks Size - 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 3/4")

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing concrete etc., complete

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix, 12mm thick Smooth finish for Brick, RR masonry surface and other Concrete surfaces inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified ( Such as Morbonite) Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Distembering two coats Oil Bound Distember over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for preparing the surface, scrapping, attaining smooth finish etc., complete (Inner wall)

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over Old Iron work such as doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp. SD 106

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads from terminals to the fitting. SD 88

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cableof 1100Vgrade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC light point/fan point(for electronic regulator). Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW switch box for 5A 3pin on inter locking Wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point . Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1"x1/8"copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit with 1No 40 Amp 30 MA Double Pole RCD / RCCB (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection. Supply and fixing of 3phase 32A aerial fuse unit for 3Nos. 32A fuse units (500V) on suitable MS sheet covered with 6mm thick hylem sheet on suitable angle iron work the tapping pole with necessary clamps. SD 135

Supply and Run of 2 of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (class B ) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end support for service connection mains. SD 364
