Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24). - 1 M3

Supplying and Filling in foundation and basement with Filling Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed,watered consolidated including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.24&25).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers (TNBP No.28).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One cement, one and half sand and Three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification ( TNBP No:30)

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix using Third Class Country Brick Kiln Burnt bricks 8 ¾ " x 4 ¼ " x 2 ¾" including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:31

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Special Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 (One part of cement & three parts of sand)mix for 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:30,56&57

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. TNBP No:66-A.

Paving the flooring with Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm of approved colour and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the colour cement etc., complete.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 15 c.m x 15c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

Supplying and fixing of M.S. grill using M.S. angle frames and inner using 10 x 10mm square rods including cost of M.S. angles (25mm x 25 mm x 6mm) T , L angles, flats and square rods in proper position including labour charges for cutting, welding, and including labour charges for priming cost of red oxide painting and erection in a proper position etc. complete as per standard specification and Grill design , Thickness of square rod are approved by the departmental engineers.

Painting new iron works with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete as per standard specification.

Weathering course with Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm gauge brick jelly in pure slaked lime ( no sand to be added ) over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 laid in a single layer of required thickness and slope and top well beaten with wooden beaters by constanly wetted the surface by sprinkling lime jaggary water etc complete., as per standard specification.

Finishing with top of roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of 20mm thick of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 12mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete. As per standard specification.

Supply and run of 2 of 6sqmm (84/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour SD 56

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour SD 53

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC.unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable Colourfor open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) SD 22

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of 32 Amps DPIC Switch of 500 V with metal clad with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board , with earth connection only SD 138

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 x 100 x 113 mm TW switch box with 3mm hylum sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.
