Material and labour for application of high build polymer cement sand mortar 1:2.5 with water cement ratio 0.35 to 0.45 mixing with Nito bond SBR @ 5 ltrs per 50 Kg cement on ceiling / chajja surfaces 10 to 20mm thick in two layers over slurry priming coat of 1 volume Nito bond SBR to 1 volume water, 3 volume fresh cement (5 Square metre per litre Nito Bond SBR) etc all as per manufacturer’s instructions, including painting/finishing to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.[ Note : Nitobond SBR shall from Fosroc chemical (India) Pvt Ltd or equivalent chemicals of MC Bouchemics/Beck]

Material and labour for removing loose and broken concrete by chiseling / picking etc upto a depth of 80 to 100mm from columns, beams and similar structural members, cutting edges, clearing the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc., to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc., and washing with clean water with pressure including necessary scaffolding and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for non-shrink, cementitous micro concrete mixed with 12.5mm graded stone aggregate using Renderoc RG or equivalent by weight (18 Kg Aggregate :25 Kg Renderoc RG) respectively (as per manufacture’s instruction) laid in average thickness 80 to 100 mm in surface of columns, beams, parapets and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight form work, complete all as specified and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent @ 2.6 Square metre/lit or as per manufactures instruction to old concrete surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members complete all as specified and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Nitobond EP of Fosroc or equivalent

Material and labour for spraying curing compound as per manufactures instruction on freshly cast concrete surfaces all as specified. Make : Concure WB white of Fosroc.

Material and Labour for taking down existing roof treatment of any description and cleaning with water and scrubbing and disposing off the rubbish outside the premises and apply water proofing treatment with the following specifications complete all as specified and as per manufacturer’s instructions:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as leveling course (ii) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr per sqm. (iii) Laying APP membrane (STP Aquashield or equivalent) weighing not less than 3.5Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) with 100mm over laps both longitudinally and transversally and overlaps shall be sealed by torch, membrane shall be taken to the parapet through fillet and shall be tucked in inside after a height of 300 mm. (iv) Apply one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over the membrane. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding to roof slab and rendering 5 mm thick in one layers on concrete surface cement sand mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix aluminium composite panel sheet of 3mm to 4mm thick, fixed on existing aluminium frame work with plastic strips (double sided sticker) of suitable size of varying thickness of 10mm to 30mm including aluminium frame work, applying adhesive over aluminium sections for fixing composite panel and fixed with screws. The joints of panels shall be filled with weather proof sealant, The board shall be stuck with a layer of any colour high intensity reflective grade polymer sticker installed using epoxy adhesive, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick superior quality chemical pressure treated edged glued finger jointed rubber wood boarding tongued grooved fixed over rubber wood frame work with rubber wood runner of size 50mm x 15mm fixed at 1200mm c/c horizontally by secret nailing with brass screws duly fixed to wall including provision of designed rubber wood beading on top and bottom termination of wood boarding and finished with two coats of melamine polish over a coat of honey/natural colour wood filler putty etc, including preparation and applying sand paper and finishing to a glossy/mat finish complete all as specified and as directed.
