Providing Galvalume sheet roofing by replacing the Existing damaged AC sheet in Godown No.3 at Ranipet Warehouse.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

a) A.C. sheet roof without roof timbers

b) Brick / Stone Masonry in cement mortar walls

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc.,in a complete complying with standard specifications.

a) Upto 8.00m height

b) Upto 8.00m to 10.50m height

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality II class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

a) Above 7.50m to 10.50m height

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Roofing with TCT colour coated Galvalume sheet 0.47mm thick with 150 GSM will be anchored with self threaded GI screws of 3" with rubber washers of suitable etc. The profile ridges having 1.20m over lap on each slope has to be fixed on line top with required screws including cost of all materials, labour transporting conveyance etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Removing the existing damaged rolling shutter with a size of 4.00 x 5.00 m and providing new lintel by R.C.C 1:2:4 with a size of 4.65 x 0.34 x 0.45m along with centering fabrication of steel etc.,. The Brick work with CM 1:5 has to be provided with necessary plastering etc.,. The wall area and lintel area are to be plastered with CM 1:5 12mm thick and CM 1:3 10mm thick respectively. The new rolling shutter with a size of 2.40 x 3.10 m has to be fixed along with redoxide primer. The wall area , rolling shutter area are to be finished with plastic emulsion paint two coats over one coat of primer. The steel member has to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc.,complete as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work , The damaged rolling shutter has to be taken by the contractor on bye back policy. Necessary amount has to been deducted in the data.

Supplying and fixing corrugated PolyCarbonate Sheet of size 3.00mx1.06m of 3mm thickness on the roof in between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, etc. including cost of loading, unloading and transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers

Providing anchorage arrangements to the galvalume sheet using with M.S. flat of size 40mm x 6mm including cost of Materials like SELF THREAD SCREWS, MS flat, 'J' or 'L' bolt and labour charges for cutting, drilling and fitting etc., Complete complying with standard Specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
