M&L for removing of vegetation including roots from wall and roof of building, mouth of rain/waste water pipe, height upto 12 mtrs including necessary scaffolding works, cutting of wall/roof etc to remove complete root of vegetations and appling blue vitriol at the root of vegetation and making good the damaged portion with CM 1:4 etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old treated/decorated Plastered/Unplastered Surfaces of Walls and eliminating smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of smooth exterior acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved colour over a coat of Acrylic Primer by spray machine and a coat of avg. 1.0mm thick Wall care Putty including rubbing down the putty surfaces to obtained smooth finished surface , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint including necessary preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 32mm dia CP waste fittings suitable for sink, basin, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
