Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc.(not exceeding 1.5 Mtr. In width or 10 SqMts on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upt 1.5 Mtr. Including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed and lead up to 50 Mtrs

Supppling and filling of dry stone soling hand packed including carriage of material upto site of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 grade (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 grade (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work

Providing and fixing of Precast terrazzo tiles 22mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 12 mm, laid in floors, and landing, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing polishing and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing of Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Windows Grill=270Kg Water tank Stand=1080 Kg

Providing and fixing of 3-4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) of approved make, brand, and colour, consisting of LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets of 0.25mm thickness each, bonded under high pressure with PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) coating for external applications. ACP shall be fixed over a properly aligned and leveled framework made of aluminium extrusions/MS box sections (as per structural requirement) including necessary cleats, brackets, rivets, screws, weatherproof silicone sealant, and other necessary accessories. The ACP panels shall be cut, routed, and installed as per the manufacturer’s specifications and site requirements, ensuring smooth and flush joint finishes and jounts to Be sealed with Silicon . The installation shall be carried out at designated elevations and positions, including curved or inclined surfaces if required. The rate shall include the cost of material, fabrication, surface preparation, transportation, erection, joint sealing, edge finishing, all necessary hardware, consumables, tools and tackles, labour charges, and scaffolding/shuttering as required to complete the job in all respects as per drawing, specification, and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
