Provision for dismantling ruined, cracked, out of plumb, damaged rubble stone masonry manually means. Including stacking of serviceable material for reusing masonry work which may be about 80% and disposal of unserviceable material within 60 mtr as per direction of engineering incharge for further disposal of the same out of municipal limit by mechanical transport. Including loading, unloading and disposal etc. Including all the labour and T&P required proper completion of work at the site. For fixing of M.S. Grill ralling. (for fixing M.S. Grill Pannel of size – 2.00 x 1.20 mt)

Provision for Course Rubble stone masonry with hard stone (first short) in superstructure with mortar of ratio 1:6 cement and course sand with fixing of bond stone at random position as required. Including all the labour, supply of material and T & P Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for Fabrication and fixing of MS Grill railing with angle iron 40x40x5mm and 16mm square iron bar fabricated as per designed by the department. Including all the supply of material, labour and T&P required proper completion work at the site. (Size of railing – 2.00 x 1.20 mt) (Drawing Enclosed)

Provision for painting work on iron work on new work in small area by two coats of approved class synthetic paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Including carefully clearing and washing of surface. Including all the supply of material, labour and T&P required proper completion work at the site.
