Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n exc. 1.50 Sqm each incl taking out hold fast.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc. 1.50 Sqm but n exc. 4 Sqm each all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness,size,quality or description) from wooden frames or stone concrete or brick surrounds,glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S & F 3.0 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5sqm in each pane.

Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, M&L vitrified ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl any types of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Sub base/Plinth protection all as spd and directed.

S&F in repair low level 10 ltrs capacity PVC valveless symphonic action type flusing cistern low level white with inlet ball valve float ovel handle including 32mm dia PVC flushing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper aloy ISI marked with crutch or butter fly handle high pressure screwed down for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore angle valve chromium plated screwed down fancy type high pressure screwd both ends for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair centre hole basin / Wall mixture valve, cast copper alloy fancy type 15mm brass chromium plated mixer (central hole basin mixer w/o pop up waste system) for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair fancy type Pillar tap cast copper alloy chromium plated with capstan heads screwed down high pressure or without lettered hot or cold with long screwed, shanked and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe 15mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint/camouflaged pattern, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F in position suspended false ceiling system using E-grid suspended ceiling grid system. The size of grid shall be 600 x 600mm with GI frame work main runner 38 x 24mm cross tee 25 x 24mm and wall angle 24x24mm, using 4 mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back availabel in due drop texture as per IS-2095, part-I-1996, fixid in the grid of E-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI bar hanger from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips all as directed and as approved by Engr in Charge and dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including fillets,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled work as in roof trusses ( framed) , trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing( Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections ) including distance pieces, cleats etc. , conforming to grade Fe 410-S, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing the new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Dismantling of steel (Corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings, M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws. Sheet colour approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel (plain) sheets in roof coverings, S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F, Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws including 5.5mm thick tinted glass or 9 mm thick PVC sheet best quality and cylindrical lock including rubber gasket & neospreme lining complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.), 5.5mm thick tinted sheet glass including neospreme lining and rubber gasketc complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of ₹ 13,680.00 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
