REPAIRS TO JOINERY WORKS TO MD AND OTM ACCN AT NAVY NAGAR AYUDH VIHAR II SANDHANI AND GE OFFICE COMPLEX AND CHUNABHATTI AREA AYUDH VIHAR I CIVILIAN OFFICERS MD ACCN CHUKAR SQN RMSF MORA GATE COMPLEX AND OTHER OTM ACCN IN CHUNABHATTI

Taking down chowkhat or frames n. exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc. 1.5 sqm but n. exc. 4 sqm each with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening incl easing, adjusting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on internal surface of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying wall care putty of 1mm thick over plastered surface by rubbing down with sand paper and make surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on walls over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat, complete all as specified and directed

S&F of powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDMrubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rate included for all hardware fitting as indicated in the item like dash fasteners, EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket, cleat angle, star lock, bearings, glazing clips, all beading for fixing glass panes/ paneling/ wiremesh, screws etc as required and no extra payment will be made on items mentioned, complete all as specified and directed

S&F of powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, star lock, rubber beading all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item nos. 9 & 10: Unit quoted rate shall be deemed to included the cost of all hardware fitting as indicated in the item like dash fasteners, EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket, cleat angle, star lock, bearings, glazing clips, all beading for fixing glass panes/ paneling/ wiremesh, screws etc as required and no extra payment will be made on this account.

S&F of aluminium anodised grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design/pattern(DG 104), with approved standard section and fixed to existing window frame with CP brass/stainles steel screw @ 200mm c/c, incl cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised alu standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-charge.
