Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface. Mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Techincal Specification Clause 401. (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening ,binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405 (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening ,binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405 (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502 (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503 (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggegates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by manual MORD specification 508 (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Providing and Laying seal coat by Manual means with Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Earthwork in patari on both side of road in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 metre in depth and earth work to be compacted in 20 cm, layers including ramming and dressing and also the surface to required levels and slopes also including 2.0 m. lift and 10m. lead as per specification and direction of E/I. Excluding royality charges (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Brick edging on both sides of road with Class-M150 bricks laid on edge with mud mortar including supply of bricks, labour, T&P and all taxes etc. complete for proper completion of the work as per specification and direction of E/ I. (Km. 1.120 to 5.200 = 4080 m. Length)

Providing & fixing of MS Iron Project detail board complete as per Enc-office Order.

Providing & fixing Km. Stone & Hm Stone complete as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1703.
