Table 1800 x 750 x 750 - Providing and fixing table of specified size to be made up of 18 MM BWP ply as per drawing using approved make hardware, having a storage unit with three drawers as per given drawing. Provision has to be made for keyboard tray, CPU stand. All exterior surfaces to be finished in 1.0mm laminates/ corian as required specified by Architect and inner surfaces finished in 1.0mm laminate of approved shade with necessary hardware such as handles wire manager, telescopic drawer slides, etc as per design all exposed edges to be finished with first quality Teak Wood beading which is to be melamine polished / pu coating. The cost is inclusive of all materials and labour etc complete in all respect as per drawing and direction given by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of storage units (laminate finish) (450 mm wide) - Providing and fixing at site file / storage cabinet made up of 18MM BWP ply with 1mm thick laminate as per drawing. All shelves and partitions to be made up of 18MM BWP ply and Pallah to be made up of 12mm. thick BWP ply fixed with hinges of approved make. All exposed edges to be finished with 1st quality teak wood beading to be melamine polished / PU coating and all inside surfaces to be finished with 1.00mm laminate. The cost is inclusive of all materials accessories, SS handles, lock, labour, etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and direction given by Engineer in charge.

High back chair: The seat and back shall be made up of 1.2+/-0.1cm thick hot pressed plywood and Upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam all around. The moulded polyurethane foam shall be of density 55+/-5 kg/m ³, and hardness load 15-20 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The dimensions of seat shall be- 49.0cm(W) x 44.0cm(D) and of back shall be 50 cm(W) x 47.0cm(H).The armrests should made of black integral skin polyurethane with 40-55 shore hardness and reinforced with M.S insert .The mechanism of the chair shall have following features : 360⁰ revolving type, Synchro single position mechanism, Tilt tension adjustment . The chair shall be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 12 cm. The pedestial shall be injection moulded in black glass-filled Nylon. It shall be fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. The size of the pedestal shall be 65 +/- 1 cm pitch-centre-dia (70 +/- 1.0 cm with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be made black nylon. Overall dimensions of Chair shall be, Width of Chair - 70cm, Depth of Chair - 70 cm as measured from pedestal below. Height from ground - min 92.0 to max 104 cm. Seat height - min 45.0 to max 57.0cm. Mid back chair: The cushioned seat assembly shall consists of moulded polyurethane foam upholstered with fabric. The foam is assembled over a 12mm thick hot pressed plywood . The back shall made up of two piece injection moulded frame. The inner frame shall be upholstered with mesh fabric and mounted on the main assembly. Size of back shall be (W)-46 cm, (H)-55 cm & size of seat shall be (W)-48 cm x (D)-44.0cm. Armrest is fixed . The arm top is made of soft moulded PU .The mechanism of chair shall have following features:360 degree revolving type, Synchro mechanism, Tilt tension adjustment, multi position tilt limiter with Back-safety return feature. The chair shall be provided with pneumatic height adjustment which shall have stroke of 95 +/- 5 mm. The pedestal shall be made of nylon. it shall be fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castor. Corner Table480x485x400 - Providing and placing corner table as per drawing made of 18MM BWP ply finished with 1.0mm laminate of approved shade. The top covered with 12mm. thick toughened glass with polished and beveled edges fitted with 3" stainless steel studs. The cost is inclusive of all labour and material etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and direction given by Engineer in charge.

Two Bay Compactor with Drive Main Unit : Construction of Body should be Rigid Knock Down made out of 0.8 thk. CRCA Steel conforming to IS: 513 Gr.D. Each body block uilding should consist of 1 Main unit. Each unit should comprise of 5 loading levels formed by 4 nos. adjustable shelves. Body units must be bolted to undercarriage. The System Height from ground should be 1900. The body including shelves must have antirust surface treatment & powder coated with epoxy polyester powder oven baked with a controlled temperature of 180 deg.C to 200 deg.Celcius. The material must be processed with an 8 step treatment consisting of Hot water rinse, Knock of degreasing, degreasing, Cold water rinse, phosphating, cold water rinse, passivation & dry off oven treatment before Final finish consists of epoxy polyester powder coating of approved color & shade with a Dry Film having thickness of minimum 50-60 microns.
