M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as above but except bricks ( bricks recovered from demolition to be used)

Demolition brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches,pillars etc complte all as specified

M & L for brick work with red bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 to any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old plastered/new surfaces of walls and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment or preparation of newly plastered surface of wall applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty 1 mm thick to make surface even and smooth, and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying minimum 1mm thick wall care water proofing putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new plastered on ceiling surface and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling surface and preparation of old plastered ceiling surface and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
