The unit should be factory charged with Refrigerant.The outdoor unit shall be factory assembled and unit shall be housed in a sturdy weather proof casing constructed from rust-proof mild steel or GI with powder coated finish, suitable for operation on 380 - 415 Volts 50 Hz three Phase AC Supply of capacity 10/11.0 TR ,air Cooled Package units including gas and gas Charging . (b) Galvanised sheet steel ducting of rectangular shape of length as required and fabricated at site including 2 gauge for plenum box, 24 gauge for acoustic linning ,duct insulation with Nitrile rubber 19 mm, aluminium Powder coated supply Grills, MS Volume control damper, outdoor unit stand, refrigerant piping per circuit from indoor to outdoor , canvas connection,insulating pad,PVC Drain pipe of 25 mm dia of requisite length , requisite wiring from indoor to outdoor with 4 core, 2.50 Sqmm copper conductor cable, making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, complete all as required at site as per manufacturers reccomendations for efficient functioning of the unit. Note- i)The work is to be carried out in RNC of WC. ii)The contractor is requested to visit the site before quoting to ascertain the site requirement .

Dry sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

80 mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe for cable protection, fixed along the poles/walls or laid under road/culvert etc, complete all as directed.

Supply , installing, commissioning and testing transformer step down, Copper wounded, Outdoor type complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV/433 volts (at no load) 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, 200KVA capacity, core type double copper wound, oil immersed. naturally cooled,. Oil naturally Air neutral (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with victor group DYn-11 with natural brought out on secondry side (LV side) and having tapping at +- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsies. The Transformer shall be IS- 1180 level III marked and shall comprises of the following :- (a) Three Nos porceian bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) De- hydrating breather with first type fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel) (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover .Oil level gauge , Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap , plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type , having range 0-120 Degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting devices (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 25x4 mm GI iron earth strip for earthing of body (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral, out side the cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new transformer oil, IS- 335, level III marked (Make savita/power link) filtered and tested. NOTE: (i) Transformer shall be painted two coats of epoxy paint. (ii) Transformer shall be 5 star rating & energyconvervant (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessary test certificate to be produced by Contractor form OEM of the transformer. (iii) Pre dispatch inspection of transformer shall be carried out be rep of Accepting Officer at manufacturer premises with overall cost quoted by Contractor. Nothing extra shal be payable on this account. (iv) After installation of the transforme, the same shall be tested and commissioned by SEI and equipment/instruments required for testing shall be arranged by Contractor. Cost of the same shall also be deemed to be included in the item rates quoted by the Contractor

HT cable 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanized iron strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, ISI marked with IS:7098 (part-II) as amended upto date in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes etc and making connection and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade ,cross-sectional area 240 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 40mm bore connected to main earth wire on pole light grade 20 mm bore connected to main earth wire on pole or control board or main switch and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. Cross arms,supports, clamps etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts , washers, welding, bending ( cold or hot ) drilling holes for bolts , bent to any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chromate one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as directed.

Jumpers in red/yellow/blue colour for HT lines/connections made from aluminium conductor single core PVC insulated cable of suitable size, complete including winding wires, aluminium tapes etc , all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles with mild steel base plate, closed at top as specified, type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including painting with two coats of black bitumonous paint internally through out and externally up to the planted depth, remaining external portion to be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified. NOTE: Excavation and earthwork, foundation concrete will be meaured and paid for separately, under the respective item(s).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole foundations etc, complete all as specified.
