Repair and Maintenance of On-line UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) 50 KVA , 3 phase , 415V , 50Hz, IGBT technology and SFC ( Static Frequency Converter) unit phase output 208V and Phase to Phase 120V, suitable for three phase of IP 44 protection incl checking all connected SMF battery. Checking all parts and replace only faulty parts like metering equipment with digital ammeter, voltmeter , frequency meter, voltage adjustment +/- 10% of nominal voltage incl battery on/off switch , manual bypass switch, indication lamps for input and output , cooling fans and including protections/indications of output under/over voltage , output over load/short circuit , input over/under voltage , input phase fail/reversal , over temrature , low battery , battery fuse protection , IGBT fuse protection etc complete servicing and replace ment of disply card, power card, inverter card if faulty and also shall have check all parts and wiring cable or main connection cable replace faulty parts/ cable after fault finding located at RMTE Lab, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Supply and fix in repairs on-load change over switch 315 Amps, 4pole, 3 phase, 415V, 50Hz, front handle operated, open execution type in existing panel board after making addition/alterations and connecting of existing cables by providing suitable lugs, nuts,bolts & washers etc, testing after disconnecting electric connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of capacitor bank capacitor 20KVAR, MPP type, 415volts, 50Hz in existing panel boards and connecting of existing cables with proper lugs and testing including removing old unserviceable items, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of capacitor bank capacitor 15KVAR, MPP type, 415Volts, 50Hz in existing panel boards and connecting of existing cables with proper lugs and testing including removing old unserviceable items, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of capacitor bank capacitor 10KVAR, MPP type, 415volts, 50Hz in existing panel boards and connecting of existing cables with proper lugs and testing including removing old unserviceable items, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of capacitor bank capacitor 5KVAR, MPP type, 415volts, 50Hz in existing panel boards and connecting of existing cables with proper lugs and testing including removing old unserviceable items, complete all as specified and directed. Filtration & Dehydration of transformer oil in distribution transformer, servo voltage stabilizers, isolation tramsformer and HT OCBs (at different locations) using ON-LINE electrically operated filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength minimum 50 KV/ 4mm including testing of oil before and after dehydation and also topping up of the transformer oil upto required level, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i)Transformer oil supplyng and top-up shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for submission of test reports for testing as specified above (iii) Quantity payable under the item shall be the Qty of oil filtered and dehydrated only.

Supply only transformer oil conforming to IS 335-1993 (Make : 'Savita', 'Power Oil', APAR) having di-electric strength minimum 50 KV/4mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs breather assembly including silica gel component suitable for indoor type transformer of 160 KVA to 400 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in repairs for HT Danger notice plate of size 25x20 cm made cut of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, complete all as specified and directed.
