JAIPUR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION IS PREPARING A DPR FOR DRAINAGE WORK IN THE HAWA MAHAL AMER AREA

Providing consultancy services for preparation of drainage plan for the identified catchment area of approx.250 hectare, which shall broadly include: 1. Engineering Survey of the area including topographic and catchment surveys. 2. Identification and delineation of the catchment area of the drain section. 3. Rainfall time series analysis and estimation of design rainfall for different drain segments. 4. Collection of rainfall and hydrological data from IMD and other relevant sources. 5. Field Surveys related to existing drains, outfall points, utilities, and surrounding infrastructure. 6. Estimation of peak runoff at different locations in the drainage system. 7. Storm Runoff Analysis and hydrological studies for the entire catchment. 8. Study & Assessment of the existing area and drainage system with identification of deficiencies and constraints. 9. Analysis, planning, and designing of the required capacity of the drainage system. 10. Proposal of Resizing / Redevelopment of the drains in the catchment with feasible alignment, considering site conditions and integration with nearby outfall. 11. Detailed Engineering Designs, including hydraulic design and structural design of drain sections and cross-drainage structures. 12. Preparation of Detailed Drawings (Plans, L-sections, typical cross-sections) for execution at site. 13. Preparation of BOQ, Technical Specifications & Cost Estimates. 14. Preparation of Draft Bid Document for execution works. 15. Deliverables to include hard copies (colored/black & white) and soft copies as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, an Index Plan of the project, existing drainage drawings, complete catchment area drawing, survey reports, and design reports etc. All works shall be carried out in accordance with IRC/IS/MoRTH guidelines and relevant manuals, ensuring technically sound and feasible solutions. Payment schedule for contractor/Consultancy firm 1. Payment shall be released as follows: 20% on Completion of STAGES-1 20% on Completion of STAGES-2 30% on Completion of STAGES-3 10% on Completion of STAGES-4 20% on Completion of STAGES-5 or completion of the project.
