Supply fixing and commissioning of hi wall split units indoor & outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built Heating and Cooling arrangement and Digital Inverter twin rotary of capacity1.5 Tr single evaporator unit wall mounted , condenser unit and with compressor, non duct able corded type suitable for operation on 230Volt 50Hz single phase electric supply including provision of necessary weather proof cover with fixing arrangement on suitable brick masonry platform for protection of condenser /compressor unit from sun , rain and fixing the evaporator inside the bldg with suitable insulation including provn of copper refrigerant piping of suitable length from condensing to cooling coil and vise versa duly overlapped by nitrile insulation, and suitable drain pipe for dropping out the water outside from evaporator duly electric connection with 3 core copper cable of suitable size up to the existing mains as required at site and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of MS bracket and guard to install condensing unit including painting /grouting for protection from weather, copper pipes PCC raised platform, electric cable for making connection etc as required shall be deemed to be included in unit rate above.

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core 4 Sqmm copper conductor cable drawn in and including PVC capping and casing surface wiring along with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor for earth dolly from building main to AC installation spot complete all as directed. Note: Two run of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of capping & casing shall be measured as one RM.

M & L sheet metal enclosures with plug top single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB SPN 40 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Automatic digital stabilizer wall mounting with low and high voltage cut off and time delay suitable for operation on 230 V AC supply with following :- (a) Input voltage 70 V - 260V (b) Out put voltage 225 + 11 % (c) Low voltage cut off 90 (-) 5 Volts (d) High voltage cut off 260 V + 5 Volts (e) Time delay adjustable from 30 second to 03 minutes capacity 5 KVA

Taking down of existing Air conditioner of capacity 1.5 ton from 15 Corps and 92 Base Hospital to MES store yard at BB cantt including disconnecting and shifiting all electrical & mechanical connection etc. complete all as directed. Note : Existing Air conditiner unit shall be shifted with proper safety using T&P/man power as required in MES store and same is deemed to be incl in quoted rates.

Supply, fixing ,commissioning and testing Electric steam generator suitable for vaccum finishing table and two iron press of electric load 9 KW, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Tubes, medium grade galvanised, 20 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank triple layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position incl all accessories of capacity 250 ltrs, with and including new ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of size 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 Sqmm FRLS grade (ISI mark) PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed copper conductor and one run of PVC insulated ,multistranded FRLS grade (ISI mark) unsheathed copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm green colour as earth lead including PVC casing caping of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.Note: Two run of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of capping & casing shall be measured as one RM.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and as directed
