Taking down UP/down Unserviceable / rust valve pit cover and frame / support or platform etc of any size/thickness and supply, fabrication and fixing of framed bracket, made of mild steel plate/flat/angle iron (of required size ), cut to shape and size,as in valve pit cover /frame/support or platform including two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chome primer complete all as directed .

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting - Power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne

Dismantling of broken/dislodged pre-stressed concrete poles/steel tubular poles, of any description including earthwork for removal of concrete foundation, keeping serviceable poles in safe custody for re-use and removal of unserviceable poles from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws fixed with MS clamp 40 x 6 mm and 2 set with nut & bolt as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 Meter long) duly painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface and one coat of black bituminious paint on embedded surface incl writing of Pole Numbers etc., and marking of two black & two yellow strips with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2 Mtr heightand making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth course, string course etc complete including slightly rounded or chamefered for Galvanised steel tubing post for air termination rod including form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles / pipes / strip alignment etc using necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC insulated & sheathed stranded copper cable 3 core of cross sectional area 1.5 Sqmm for providing necessary electrical connection from junction box to light fittings including with suitable size copper lugs, as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of serviceable light fittings from poles alongwith bracket & wire and refixing the same on new or re-fixed poles (against Item No. 130) after cleaning, tightening loose connections etc including necessary electric connection with existing wire and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 50mm bore (dia), light grade having 60 Cm with PVC long Bends for Incoming and Outgoing Cables, grouting in Cement Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.
