Supplying , Installation , Testing and commissioning of the following items including all inter connection on 4 pole Structure with necessary accessories etc. complete i/c dismantling of existing items etc. as required. ( Note - All interconnection with H T bus bar shall be done by using clamps / connectors / Tension Hardware / insulation sleeves & suitable accessories etc. )

Supplying installation , testing and Commissioning of 11 KV, 200 Amp 3 pole 3 Post type gang operated air break switch ( Similar to existing AB Switch ) suitable for horizontal mounting complete with arching horn , pad locking arrangement & manual operating mechanism etc. complete as required.

11 KV drop out fuse unit complete with earthing rod etc. as required. ( one set comprises 3 nos fuse units ) .

Supplying and laying of Three Core 120 Sq. mm size , 11 kV , aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated , armoured HT cable as per relevant IS Specification etc as required .

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for the following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required ( 120 Sq MM )( One Job = 3 core )

Supply & erection of structural members like M.S. Channel / Angle / Flats / Clamps / Nuts ,Bolts Washers , rods etc. on the existing 4 pole Structure for mounting of H.V. Accessories like Air break switch, D.O. fuse units, disc Insulator, pin insulators , lightning arrestors & Cable tray etc. , The structure / cable Tray shall be painted with two coats of primer red oxide and two coats of silver paint etc. as required .

Supplying & laying of following size ACSR conductor for drawing of 11 KV over head line / Interconnection of all insulators , Gang operated Air Break switches , Lightening arresters , Drop out fuses and HT side with suitable bimetallic clamps/LT Line complete as required . The interconnection includes incoming from the M.P.E.B. supply up to HT side of transformer . (a) AAAC RABBIT CONDUCTOR 0.05 SQ. INCH ( 55 SQ.MM. AL.EQ. )

Rewinding of 10 HP Monoblock Pump set with suitable guage of Copper wind i/c dismantaling & reinstallation the same , replacement of worn out bush / bearing

Providing and Making Painting of Two Pole Structure of 2x500 KVA Indoor Sub Station including Pole , Channels , Angles , Pipes complete after scrubbing the rust from pole / Structure with one coat Epoxy Primer & 2 coat of MRF charcoal PU Paint Supply of all materials , labour and matching with exhisting colour of structure / pole as directed by the engineer in charge etc. complete as required .
