Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces with applying of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure on note No.6 of TD drawing No. AFB/TD/260/06 Sheet No.1/1 (R ) and applying a coat of blown grade @1.2 Kg per sqm hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg per sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) on roof padding finished even and fair with approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed.

Demolition of Brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone works and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L brick work with sub clam ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan exe. 6 meters mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block in PCC 1:3:6 type C1(20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting holes in brickwalls built in cement mortar not exc half brick for inserting holdfasts ,clamp etc and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as directed exc half brick not exc one brick

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,/ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement motor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling/chajjas in cement motor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applied two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coat of Weather proof exterior emulsion over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing tube medium grade galvanized with all fittings 15mm bore including Taking up or down old existing steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed
