REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR EXCAVATION, SHORE PILING WORKS AT CONSTRUCTION SITE OF MEGA CFC BUILDING AT SEEPZ-SEZ, ANDHERI, MUMBAI. MAHARASHTRA.

EXCAVATION WORKS Excavation MECHANICALLY for foundations, trenches, retaining walls, plinth beams, underground tanks, effluent treatment tanks, etc.including dewatering, backfilling of approved excavated materials in foundations & behind RCC walls after completion of waterproofing etc. and removing,spreading, watering and consolidating, carting away surplus earth on site within as directed beyond construction site/ building area including preparing the surface. (Note: All backfilling & spreading of earth shall be carried out in layers not exceeding 200mm and compacted to 90% ordinary proctor dry density.)

In ordinary soil (yellowish brown, fine to medium,very stiff to hard, clay with gravel ) for lift upto 4m of excavation site ( mechanically ).

In Hard rock from 4m and above of excavation site ( mechanical or chiseling / wedging).

SHORE PILES Mobilization of HYDRAULIC ROTARY RIG MACHINE (minimum torque capacity of 180 KN-M) including drilling equipment,accessories,personnel to site,errection,commissioning and demobilization of the same after completion of work as per specification. Also include labour,hutment and allied equipment ect. All complete. Boring and Constructing Cast - In Situ bored piles in design mix concrete of M30 grade concrete by using Ready Mix concrete with Hydraulic Rotary rig machine , setting out cardinal point ,boring in overburden through whatever strata encountered upto rock all as directed by RCC Consultant and site in charge in soft soil , soft weathered rock ,weathered rock or locally encountered boulders including dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, compacting of concrete, withdrawal of steel casing, mobilization of rotary rig pile machine and other equipment necessary personal and erecting them ect.complete.On completion of pilling work demobilizing allthe equipment including cleaning and reinstating the site to original condition as acceptable by the site in charge.(Length of pile shall be measured from bottom of pile to cut off level ) 600 mm dia. @ 99 nos .

99 nos.RCC piles - 9.5M length

Reinforcement Steel - Decoilling , strenghtening , cutting ,bending and placing inposition (lowering) at all levels and binding with approved quality GI binding wire (18 g GI / ms) .Quantity of steel as per structural drawing and including concrete cover blocks ect. complete.(only approved overlaps shall be measured).

Removal and disposal of muck generated while pilling .

Chipping of pile above the derive level for tie beam ect.

Carrying out pile integrity test as per applicable IS Codes

CAPPING BEAM Providing,batching, mixing,transporting through transit mixers, pumping and laying controlled REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRETE of specified grade at Capping beam level. As per approved design mix using graded stone aggre-gate of 20mm and down,including plastisizers or retarders (if required),all leads and lifts,pumping using line pump or boom placer, mechanical mixing, Vibrating,scaffolding wherever necessary consolidation, finishing, curing,dewatering in all season etc. at all heights & levels all as per drawings, specifications as directed complete.(Excluding cost of all formwork ). (note : Cement concrete work: Concrete cast in-situ : Plain and reinforced Precast concrete : Plain and reinforced Prestressed concrete : Cast in-situ or pre-cast All these will have higher recycled content in it* Only PPC shall be used. Minimum 15% utilisation of fly ash by weight of cement. Material Certificate require from the manufacturar.)

(i) In capping beam as indicated:M-30

Plywood shuttering shall be considered for all horizonatl & vertical elements,beam soffit,corewalls, stairs,ramps,tanks,RCCpedestals Etc., (i)Capping beam

Providing and fixing in position high yield strength deformed bar reinforcement with yield stress not less than Fe 500 D of various diameters for RCC capping beams. As per detailed design and drawing schedule including cutting, bending,hooking the bars, binding with 18 SWG GI wires including supporting as required and providing approved PVC cover blocks at all levels including all leads and lifts and all wastages etc.complete.
