COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR / MAINT OF REFG AND AC APPLIANCES UNDER GE(W) MATHURA

M&L for servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5 / 2 TR of any type or make by opening the condenser unit fixed on roof top and cooling unit fixed inside the building, and cleaning the complete condenser unit and cooling unit including fins and checking / testing of all parts for its serviceability, and oiling / greasing of motors, replacing worn-out bushes of blower, rectification of unusual noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant gas upto the required level, replacement of minor parts such as nut / bolt washers etc. and reassembling of complete unit including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of window type AC of capacity 1.5 / 2 TR of any type or make including cleaning of filter on front side by removing dust, cleaning the condenser including fins, blower fan motor and checking / testing of all parts for its serviceability, oiling / greasing to condenser cum blower fan motors, replacing worn-out rubber, bushes / rubber packing, rectification of unusual noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant gas upto the required level, replacement of minor parts such as nut / bolt washers etc. and reassembling of complete AC including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 1.00 & 2.00 (i) Refrigerant Gas required for topping up will be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this Schedule. (ii) Any spare part of AC if found defective will be measured as supply and fix in repairs under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for servicing of Ductable type AC of capacity 8.5/11.00 TR of any type or make by opening the condenser unit fixed on roof top and cooling unit fixed inside the building, and cleaning the complete condenser unit and cooling unit including fins and checking/testing of all parts for its serviceability. and oiling/ greasing of motors, replacing worn-out bushes of blower, rectification of unusual noise checking of refrigerant standing pressure topping of refrigerant gas upto the required level replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolt washers etc and reassembling of complete unit including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the condensing fan motor from window type A/C of 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity, rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete with “E” class varnish, including replacement of gun metal bush, side rubber packing and re-fixing of motor in original position with new washer nuts & bolts including testing for smooth function complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the unserviceable condenser fan motor from window type A/C of 1.5/2.0TR capacity and fixing new motor in original position with new washer nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repairs remote control (Micro processor base) unit suitable for split type AC 1.5 / 2 TR capacity of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of Split type AC of any capacity from one site to another by completely removing it from the existing place wihout any damage,and shifting it to new site including gas charging to required level comissioning and testing it to complete all as specified and directed.

T&P for shifting of Window type AC of any capacity from one site to another by completely removing it from the existing place wihout any damage,and shifting it to new site making necessary cutting in the wall making it good, including gas charging to reqd level comissioning and testing it to complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair suction lines copper pipes of suitable size as necessary at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Discharge lines copper pipes of suitable size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
