Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or as in roof padding and the concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3 % by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions). Note: Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Cutting of existing flooring / road / plinth protection for laying of LT UG cables pipe and making good disturbed surface with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Masonry valve chamber of size 750 x 750 x 750mm for 80 mm dia gate valve including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 foundation, brick work in CM (1:6), plastering internal surface 15 mm tick in CM (1:4), PCC (1:3:6) type C1 coping, 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron 6 mm thick MS plate cover complete with locking arrangement painting steel and iron surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Gun metal gate valves, 25mm cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.
