REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INCLUDING LT PANEL MCCB LT CABLE AND CANNECTED ACCESSORIES AT MIL STN SHAHJAHANPUR UNDER GE E BAREILLY

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil or any other type of soil for taking up or laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but hard surfaces such as in road cutting/ hard standing etc including making good disturbed surfaces to match with original complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying new dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and punned to 18cm as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches width of brick perpendicular to the length of cable including taking up of old unserviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down/erecting in replacement steel tubular poles in vertical position/as strut poles sewaged 410-SP-31, 9 Mtr long, complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0metres long) complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in replacement pin type insulator procelain, vitreous white, brown or green including galvanised mild steel spindle, two nos galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete including taking up of old UNSV pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement shackle type insulator porcelain vitereous white, brown or green including galvanised M.S. straps 31x5mm size, 100mm height, 115mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps, nut, bolts washers complete for 1100 volts grade insulator complete including taking up of old UNSV Shakle type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plate fabricated from structural steel sections such as channels, angles, flat iron including 16mm dia bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts/insulators in any shape and size as directed and inclusive of one priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms complete including taking up of old UNSV cross arms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ACSR conductor for LT/HT OH Line aluminium conductor steel reinforced size as per existing including dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductor including taking up of old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of overhead lines galvanized steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia including dismantling of old unserviceable wire including taking up of old unserviceable galvanised steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement for guarding cradles, hexagonal rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia including taking up of old unserviceable steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L aluminum wiring with two core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated 1100 volts grade connected from DB to DB/main board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of steel tublar pole 9 Mtr long, LT any type vertical complete with cross arms with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation on of surfaces of pole/cross arms including painting of black & yellow strip of 30cm upto 1.5Mtr above coping and marking of MES No and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried in a pit to a depth of 2.25mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50 meters below ground level, earth plate packed on all sides with charcol dust mixed with salt to a thickness of 15cm,.Connected with earthing lead of 32mmx6mm strip galvanised iron, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade and water filling funnel and mess complete all as shown in plate No 3 of MES schedule part II to the earthing test point, Including PCC Work complete including taking up of old UNSV earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Earthing lead beyond test point shall be measured separately)

Supply and laying in replacement of earthing strip GI 32 x 6 mm from earth test point to Electrical equipment including taking up of old unserviceable earthing strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L in replacement of Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 4mm dia GI wire as earthing lead burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level. connected to GI wire earth lead 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and incl earth work,PCC pit and RCC cover,watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade,funnel,wire mesh,protection pipe 15 mm dia light grade , charcoal dust and salt etc and connected to earthing test point including taking up of old UNSV earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning or fixing in replacement of cable in wall or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade of cross sectional area as under including taking up of old unserviceable XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :- (a) 16 sqmm 4.0 core

Trimming of trees all as along the LT line in such a way that there is clear distance of 3 meter between tree and electric line. The work will be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge irrespective of the size of the tree branches etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Tree branches etc will be left as itias the wood belongs to Cantt board/DEO and they will be responsible for the wood. (ii) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the full one job with in about 15 days. (iii) Contractor will responsible for any type of accident while trimming the trees. (iv) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply, however full assistance will be provided by MES staff.

M & L in replacement for stay assembly complete for LT over head line comprising of 7/4.00mm (7/8 SWG) galvanised M S Stranded wire of required length fixed to poles with and including flat iron, clamps, fabricated out of 50x6mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers, GI stay bow 19mm dia 400mm long with threading ends, GI nuts and wahsers, M S stay plate galvanised 305x305x6mm thick,stay rod 20mm dia, two numbers thimbles including taking out old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work and PCC measured and paid at approprite item.

M&L in replacement of DB for street light made out of CRC sheet, dust and vermin proof out door type duly painted of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 15 mm with arrangement of incoming and outgoing feeder with bus bar of suitable capacity for termination of line with single MCB SP, 230 V, 0.5 Amp 10 KA ( In accordance wth IS/IEC 60898-1) and arrangement for fixing cooper wire of size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm with 1 x 1.0 Sqmm earth wire in green color of FR PVC insulated copper conductor,from DB to light fitting complete including taking up of old UNSV DB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L required for retrenching / tightening of LT over head line (Conductor) of any type/GI earth wire including opening out binding wire from pin/shackle/disc insulator and rebinding the conductor with insulator with 14 SWG binding wire complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
