items to be executed. Specifications for each item shall be SOR specification corresponding to

the service no. given.

The work of providing and commissioning the required capacity transformers will be done

through electrical contractor in coordination with the MPEB department to provide the 3-

phase electrical connection to the facilities like EVCS. The EVCS connection is being applied

under LV6 category wherein green connection will be provided which will have a separate

metering unit. All work will be done as per standard drawing approved by Engineering In

time, the Company reserves the right to recover liquidated damages at ½%

of the contract value for every additional week or part thereof, subject to

estimated quantities/value. As per site requirement, bidder may be asked to

operate other SOR Service items which are not included in the BOQ. Discount

offered by the bidders will be applicable to these service items also.

The Corporation does not give any guarantee for minimum amount of the job to be awarded

to you. As per the prevailing site conditions / other conditions including local approvals,

statutory requirements etc, job will be executed.

The construction activities will be executed under the supervision of company engineer /

Manager, Engineering, However, the Corporation will have the option to engage third party
