Construction of Power T/F plinth suitable for 33/11KV 10 MVA power T/F of size 4x3x1.3 having 0.4 mtr height above ground level. The work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in cc ratio 1:6 M as 12 1st class brick work in ratio 1:4 with coarse sand ,foundation cc in ratio 1:4:8 using M.S bar of 12 mm dia for reinforcement the work includes laying of 2 nos rail pieces 4 mtr long as per drawing/practice the plinth shall be finished in all respect. (only rail piece and M.S angle provided by the department)
Construction of masonry type plinth for 33KV VCB of size 1.6x1.6x1 M brick, sand, cement and stone grit including grouting of 4Nos foundation volts for erection of 33KV VCB.
Isolator Structure-Fabrication of Isolator structure minimum 3.5 mtr overall height and 2.5 mtr above ground level as per RESSPO drawing, with help of M.S channel 125x65 mm two pieces of M.S channel joined to each other by M.S flat 50x6 mm, diagonally at the interval of 0.5 mtr and top & bottom of the structure. Construction and fixing of trench cover0.5 M wide 0.75 mm thick with cement, coarse sand & stone grit in ratio 1:2:4 for covering of cable trench150 mm wide with provision of M.S Angle and MS Bar as per RESPO Norms

Fabrication & erection of 11 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provission of cable with fixing of necesory clamps and other acessories like danger board,number plate,barbed wire,2 no. channels 100x50 mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 100x50mm(3200mm in length) for supporting the hoisting of cable & poles.its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size Al.lug after making three phase busbar with help of 11 KV pin,pin insulator and PVC cable. (all material arranged by contractor except steel,pole,PVC aluminium cable & insulator).as per RESPO norms.
Fabrication and grouting of M.S Angle 75X75X6 mm in L shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate earthing strips for power transformer neutral including supply and fixing of two nos. Flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing.
Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S channel 100x50mm,3.0 Mtr.long joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in a block of size300x300x700mm complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of aluminium paint. This includes providing of four nose M.S clamp made of M.S flat holding the cable including nuts and bolts and fixing of XLPE Cable.
Fixing and making bus bar connections in between all switch gearsafter cleaning and tapping with H.T.Tape,empire tape and PVC tape properly, providing and fixing of 6 mm thick Bakelite separators and plugging of all opening & holes with plastic compound complete work including cost of all material (except copper Bus Bars)strictly to the satisfaction of site in- charge.
