Repairing of spelled/ honey comb./ cracked conc. As per site requirement by pdg. And applying coating of epoxy mortar over conc. Surface i/c rubbing brushing up/ thoroughly cleaning of spoiled surface complete as per clause No. 2804 of MORT&H specification for road and bridges works (5th revision)-2013/ latest editioin

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical Specification as per clause No. 2807 of MORT&H specificationfor road and bridges works (5th revision)-2013/ latest editioin

Providing and inserting nipples for grouting as per site requirement by driling holes with pneumatic percussion/ rotary drills for 15mm dia nipples and fixing nipples with approved fixing compounds including subsequent cutting. Removal and sealing of holes with approved sealing compounds afrter completion of grouting complete as per clause No. 2800 of MORT&H specificatin for road and bridges works (5th revision)-2013/ latestEdition) and technical specification. (4 Kg cement per Nipple)

Repair of cracks/ spalled concrete using fast setign modified one component high strength micro concrete approved by Engineer-in-Charge i/c opening of cracks removal of loose mateial cleaning of the surfade applying acrylic priming coat and preparing the same for repair i/c the coast of material labour mahchinery and T&P and making all necessary arangement for work i/c filling the voids as per clause No. 2800 of MORT&H specificatin (5th revision) /latest Edition) and technical specification.

Repair of spelled / honey comb / broken concrete by jackiting with conc. Grade M-30 to restore the structure value of distressed bridge component a sper roughening/ chipping andthroughly cleaning of the damaged surface applying suitable bonding agent like epoxy bonding coat to bond the old concrete with new concrete including centring and shuttering (excluding reinforcement ) curing etc. complete as per MORT&H specification

Steel reinforcement: ; Supply, cutting, bending will all leads, lifts and depths , fixing in position reinforcement of any diameter, TMT Fe-500 as per relevant BIS specification and drawing in RCC works of itemNo. 2.01 & 2.02 above. The rate shall include cost of all mateiral including galvanizing. epoxy coating tying wire, binding wire, cover block, provisino of stools, chairs, spacer , bars, overlaps, support bars, labour transportation, storing and all other incidental charges, tools and plansts etc, complete as per clause no. 1600 of MORT&H specificatin for road and bridges works (5th revision)-2013/ latest edition.

Driving of holes 20mm dia 100 mmdepth and 300mm c/c in pier for jackting as per MORT&H specificaqtion and technical specification cimplete in all respect

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 3 mtr depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around the masonry/ concrete in 15cm layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus material/soil as per clause No.301 and 304 & 309 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) of 2013/ latest edition as per drawings & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respects.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M-15 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation complete in all respect as per drawing and as per clause No. 1000/1500/ 1700 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (Vth revision) of 2013 / latest edition.

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:3 as sper clasue No. 1000/1300 of MORT&H specificatin for road and bridges works (5th revision)-2013/ latest edition and as per design drawing and directin of engieer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying cement Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications and as per clasue No. 1300 & 2200 of MORT&H specificatin for road and bridges works (5th revision)-2013/ latest edition and as per design drawing and directin of engieer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying of tibba sand in Toe wall portion below ROB with approved materials fro borrow area graded as per drawing/as directed by engineer-in-charge complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification-2013

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications and as per clasue No. 2504 of MORT&H specificatin for road and bridges works (5th revision)-2013/ latest edition and as per design drawing and directin of engieer-in-Charge.
