Removal of complete light fitting from the ceiling for rewiring, testing, painting and refixing to the original position etc.(2x40w and 2x65W) at Radioactive areas and above 5 mtr areas

Removal of complete light fitting from the ceiling/wall below 5 Mtr for rewiring, testing, painting and refixing to the original position etc.(2x40w and 2x65W) at normal area

Removal of old (2x40W / 2x65W) light fitting from the ceiling/wall below 5 Mtr and fixing on new 2 X 28W FTL or 30W/45W/ LED luminaries to the original position etc.at normal areas

Replacement of following fluorescent/CFL/Incandescent light fitting accessories, including attending of loose connection etc.

Replacement of following accessories in 250/400 watts MV lamp/ballast/ capacitors/lamp holder etc in the light fittings at highbay area of Labs.

Replacement /New flush/concealed type switches & sockets, MCBs upto 4Nos.of 5/15 amps in the MS boxes in various locations of the lab.

Rectification of faults such as earth fault, loose connections, changing of defective wires, components etc in Post top lantern, light fittings in & around RML

Preventive maintenance of Air conditioning power supply switch boxes in various locations including MCBs/ Industrial switches & sockets/ELCBs etc.and functional test of the same as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement/repair of faulty Public addressing system speakers and telephone line points in concealed/conduit type and in MS boxes in various locations of the lab.

General Cleaning of Main panels, PCCs, MCCs, & HT panel surfaces and rubber mats as per the scope of work.

General Cleaning of Transformers/DG sets/Telephone Exchange MDF panel,UPS,Power supply,PA Amplifiers etc.

Intra movement of various electrical items, components and equipments in different electrical stores in RML complex and buildings and sort out of electrical items in stores on day to day basis for various works

Maintenance of Power and Lighting Distribution Boards located in various buildings/Laboratories as per the scope of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Monitoring and recording the LT/HT panel reading and Transformer temperature as directed by the Engineer in- charge.

Supply,Installaion,tetsing & Commissioning of reputed/ branded 38/45 W indoor type LED square surface/recessed down lights with mid power LEDs as light source & exclusively designed Extruded Aluminium frame with powder coating along with electronic driver at RML indoor premises and annex building area etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
