Supply & install transformer 315 KVA, step down, 11/0.433 KVA complete outdoor type copper wound with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 430 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapping's on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:1180 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) for bed blocks and posts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal paint - APEX) over a coat of acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L Angle iron 50x50x5 mm and flat iron for post & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, nothich for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for MS screws and bolts (machine made) 11 to 15mm dia, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, nexc 5cm long.

M&L for mild steel deformed bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for securing of chain link fencing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussets plates, rails, braces complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging with hinges, locking arrangement and hanging including welding etc also fastening and fixing complete confirming to grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165).

M&L for two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide, including preparation of newly steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75mm of any type of standard, rail straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75mm of any type of standard, rail straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying and spreading crushed stone aggregate size 40mm in area surrounding HT 2/4 pole structure and 15cm deep in between Sub class 'B' brick masonry 15cms above the ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prestressed concrete pole 11 mtr long, 152mm x152mm at top and 152 mm x 260mm at bottom class 8 including painting upto 1.5 mtr from the ground level in 30cm wide synthetic enamelled paint strip complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Heavy gang operated triple pole mechanically operated air break on load disconnecting switch each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators per phase non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact GI pipe of adequate length for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position capacity 11 KV 200 Amps including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 11 KV Heavy Drop Out Fuse complete in each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT 11 KV Disc type insulator with hardware, single disc assembly, polymeric insulator, vitreous145mm high and 255 mm dia and socket type, including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pin type polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washers and one GI iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11 KV grade including dismantling the old U/S insulator complete all as specified and directed.

S & F lightening arrestor HT 11000 KV pole mounting with polymeric insulator complete with all fittings transmission class nominal discharge current upto 65 KA including removing the defective one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms for four pole structure with GOD, LA as ISMC-75x6mm, MS flat 50x6mm, bracing supports clamps and back plats fabricated for structural steel sections including suitable size of nut, bolts & washers, welding being cold or hot drilling holes for bolts of suitable shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and finishing coat of paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying HT XLPE cable insulated , screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core 11KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply and fix end cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for cable 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE insulated armoured with aluminium conductor 11 KV all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in soft disintergrated rock and provision of 15mm dia pipe with funnel, PCC earth chamber of 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel, and earth lead connected to main DB panel/meter box panel including necessary earth work and excavation of in any type of strata, chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 with CI cover, GI tubing 15mm dia light grade for protection of GI wire, GI tubing 20mm dia for watering etc all as per electrical plate no 5 of SSR part-I including provision of earthing test point & connecting to electrical equipments and testing on completion.

M&L for aluminium strip 25x3mm as earth continuity head fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable route indicator, made out of precast RCC, embossed with 'HT UG cable 11kV' grouted in and including PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder pillar Box outdoor type double door and front side openable AC 415 V, 50 HZ 3 Phase 4 wire of suitable size for accomodating the following accessories totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, weather proof, protection IP 52, suitable for outdoor use, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet of suitable size with angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50x50x5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars voltmeter, ammeter, changeover switch and MCCBs, with sloping canopy at top, double hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement, structure treated under 8 - tank metal treatment process and duly powder coated, complete and comprising of the following all as specified and directed :-

Removal of surplus soil/rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.
