Disconnecting and taking out DG set electric connection from both side incoming and out going electric and DG set supply of 30 KVA Dg Set and serving the DG set with authotrised dealer/rep of dealer (kirloskar) and make it complete with all respect as servicng , connecting ,testing etc with duly change of US Parts of DG Set same shall be paid seperately and cheking the battery terminals, apply necessary vesline on it and fresh connection complete all as specified and directed Note rate deemed to included the T&P used for this purpose bring by the contractor and If again any fault occur of same nature of repair during the contact period is rectified by the contractor at free of cost.

S&F in replcement of Fuel fillter of DG set 30 KVA Silent type as per sample all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in replcement of coolant of DG set 30 KVA Silent type as per sample all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in replcement of Oil fillter of DG set 30 KVA Silent type as per sample all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

S& filling/ changing in replacement of old US oil with of Kirloskar Engine Oil as per prescribed grade of Kirloskar all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in replacment of battery terminal brass suitable for 12 volt 150 Ah battery of DG set all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete, all as specified and directed..

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete, all as specified and directed..

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp material (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning complete, all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

M & L brick protection cover over cable of “Sub class 'B' laid dry over cable (length of brick shall be laid across the length of cable) complete, all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Taking out carefully existing unserviceable LT cable from pole, panels and trenches any size any capacity and removing connection from existing switch board/ over head line etc complete.all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply/Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, jointing and testing 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured electric cables with aluminum stranded conductor, complete all as specified and as directed for the following cross sectional area and core :-

(a) 25 Sqmm 4 Core

(b) 35 sqmm 3.5 core

(c ) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 70 sqmm 3.5 core

Taking down and Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables with all necessary fittings , including sealing ends complete all as specified and as directed for the following dia bore :-

(a) 40 mm dia bore

Taking down of change over switch of any capacity and type

Taking down MCCB of any type and any capacity all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing MCCBs 3pole 415 volt adjustable type 200 Amps, 36 KA three pole, , incl necessary cable connection complete with necessary lugs of proper size, all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing MCCBs 3pole 415 volt adjustable type 160 amps , 36 KA three pole, , incl necessary cable connection complete, all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement of discharge rode suitable for 11 KV Highly insulated FRP Earth/Discharge Rod 3 Section 15 feet Long Make Kusam Ele com plete in all respect all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

Earthing with GI earth Plate Electrode 600X600X6mm size buried directly in Ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 METRE below Ground Level with the Top Edge of Earth Plate at a depth not less than 1.50 METRE below Ground Level connected to copper 20X3.0mm as Earth Lead by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers of Galvanised Steel, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers not exc. 150mm thick, copper Strip protected with and including Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm Bore (dia) Light Grade, upto 1.0 METRE above the Floor Level of the Building where Main Switch/DB situated including PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm Graded Stone Agg-regate) and RCC Cover of size 540X540X50mm in RCC 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) rein-forced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade, necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 METRE and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on completion including Taking down Unserviceable Earthing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and S&F aluminium strip 25x3mm all as specified and directed

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 6050.00
