Comprehensive maintenance of 1500 kwp power plant at Nal to ensure maximum solar energy is fed to grid including the contractor will have to carried out inspection/check and maintenance of following equipments as given below. (i) Inspection and maintenance of the all Cable and connection box. (ii)Inspection and maintenance of the all Solar panels/ PV modules (5000 Nos). (iii)Inspection and maintenance of the all solar wiring connected to different devices (iv)Inspection and maintenance of Solar PV Arrary. (v)Inspection and maintenance of all equipments of transformer . (vi)Inspection and maintenance of Instruments . (vii)Inspection and maintenance of junction box . (viii)Inspection and maintenance of wiring . (ix) Inspection and maintenance of Grid inverter 03 Nos Make teba. The following check and work carried out in maintenance of grid inverter as given. (a) Remove any excess dust in heat sink and ventilations.This shall only be done with a dry cloth and brush (b) Check and clean that vermin have not infested the inverter , Typical signs of this include Spider webs on ventilation grills or waps nest in heat sinks. (c) Check functionality ,e.g automatic disconnection upon loss of grid power supply,at least once a month (d) Verify the state of DC/AC surge arrestors,cable connection and circuit breakers monthly (e) Clean and replace air filters.
(x) Contractor also provide skilled technician and labour for attending the fault occurred anywhere in solar system with in 24 hours of fault occurance and rectified the same within 48 hours of fault occurance without affecting the generation of solar system Note:- (for item i to ix)The check / inspection schedule and complete description of work carried out in maintenance Schedule of above given items as per PS clause. All reports of inspection and maintenance have to be submitted to deparment time to time. Note:- (for item no x) (a) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) Contractor will supply well experienced and well conversant manpower against solar plant complaints,at a time for attending fault all working days including sunday and all Holidays. (c) Contractor shall provides all tools and plants as required (d) In case of failure to rectify the fault within 48hours after attending the fault a penal recovery shall be made from contractors due @ Rs 500/- per day for each fault/complaint
Cleaning of Solar panel 5000 Nos using water properly. The following things shall be kept in mind during cleaning (a) use water and a soft sponge or cloth for cleaning (b) Do not use detergent or any abrasive material for panel cleaning (c ) Iso-propyl alcohol may be used to remove oil or grease stains (d) Do not spray water on the panel if panel glass is cracked or the back side is perforated (e) Wipe water from module as soon as possible. (f) Use proper safety kit while cleaning (g) The module should not be cleaned when they are excessively hot.Early morning is particularly good time for module cleaning (h) Ensure that the module terminal connections are not exposed while cleaning ;this poses a risk of electric shock.
Cutting of grass of surrounding area (approx 14400 Sqm) of solar panel installation properly by using manually/by Machine complete all as specified and directed by engr -in -charge. Notes:-(a) while cutting of grass ,take care that no solar panel get damaged (b)The Garbage that comes out after cutting has to be removed at location as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Taking down Old unserviceable PV Surge protector , Supply and fixing PV surge protector having Max PV operating voltage 1060V,Nominal discharge current 20KA,Max discharge current 40KA equivalent to CITEL DS50PV-1000 including necessary fitting arrangement and testing used in solar power plant complete all specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
Taking downOld unserviceable Photovoltic Fuses ,Supply and fixing Photovoltic Fuses having operating voltage 1000V, current 32A, equivalent to make Ferraz mersen USM1IHEL including necessary fitting arrangement and testing used in solar system complete all specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
Taking down Old unserviceable Data Surge protector , Supply and fixing Data surge protector having Max DC operating voltage 15V ,Max discharge current 20KA equivalent to CITEL DLA-12D3 including necessary fitting arrangement and testing used in solar power plant complete all specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
Taking down carefully old unserviceable CPU Board /PCB of Intelligent String Monitor Boxes ( Make statcon powtech) and fix after repair and testing of CPU board complete all specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
Taking out carefully old unserviceable wire of junction boxes & string combiner box rewiring as existing required complete all specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
Taking down carefully old/damaged body of string combiner/monitoring box and supply and fix new string combiner box as same as existing required complete all specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
Taking down carefully of following given items below of Grid inverter ( 03Nos) make-teba need to be repair/repacement of these items ;-

Material and labour in replacement earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directlly at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level , earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcol dust an common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment ) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade15mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board of main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 80 mm thick with2 NOs MS bar 16 mm dia handles and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not excdeering 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 complete etc.
Material and labour in repair for earthing with Copper earth plate electrode of size 60cmx 60cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directlly at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level , connected to Copper strip 20x3 mm dia as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment ) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers made of galvanised iron and steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 complete etc.

Excavation in trenches for laying underground cables, pole,water pipe lines and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out.
Returning, filling in, including speading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers notexceeding 25cms thick.
Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.
Sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured
M&L for Brick covering with common burnt clay bricks old size laid as width equal to length of brick for protection to cables with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat all as directed.
Servicing and repairing/ carrying out maintenance of outdoor type transformer 0.433/11KV (Step up transfoemer) converter duly type 2.00 MVA ,3 phase ,50HZ capacity as detailed here under, including the following, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge :- (a) Disconnecting the transformer from existing supply system, Dismentling the transformer ,drain out transformer oil, lift the cover, coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer. (c) M & L for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) Cleaning the core iron sheet laminations asssembly by oil complete, removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core. (e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket,nut,bolts,refilling with transformer oil and trans porting back to original location including electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete. Note :- (i). Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings, oil for cleaning etc. and any other minor works and material (other than listed seprately in tender) requid for re-assembling all desmantel parts are deemed to be included the rate quoted by contractor. .
Supply & fill transformer oil after draining out existing transformer oil and flush out the bottom of the transformer with fresh transformer oil for transformer 2.0 MVA step up 0.433/11KV. Note: Cost of oil for flushing the bottom of transformer is deemed to be indluded in the rate quoted. Make : Power Oil and equivalent.
Supply and fix in repair Ball brass Valve size of 20mm dia ,high pressure,with polythene float and flynut screwed for iron pipe complete all specified and directed by engr in charge
