Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work,including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305with disposal upto 1000 metres

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN staticroller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding material sto fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 404.

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary , mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67made of encapsulated lens type refelctive sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting , 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mmx 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm , 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 801

Providing reflective pavement marker with micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoRTH's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Labour for removal of landslide soil/mud etc. deposited on the road surface and shouldes by truck carriage within a distance iof 10.00 km after dressing, cleaning the road surface and dumping the silt etc for disposal from the road surface including loading and unloading both ends with necessary sweeping etc. completeas directed.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion(RS-1)using emulsion distributor at the rateof 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of bituminous cold mix on prepared base consisting of amixture of unheated minerakl aggregate and emulsified bitumen, including mixing in aplant of suitable type and capacity, transporting, laying, compacting and finishing to specified grades and level.
