Earth work in embankment by Tractor-trailer carriage by mechanical means with locally available ordinary soil excluding rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 22 cm. thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debris, breaking clods up to 2.5 cm cube, dressing as per design section, etc. complete as directed. (10% deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted earth work on account of shrinkage). For initial lead up to 1 Km and for all lifts For every Km extra lead beyond initial lead of 1 Km & up to 10 Km. (For 6 Km lead)

Cutting bamboo, uprooting roots & stumps including removing them from the site of work, etc. complete as directed.

Filling of geo-tubes (25m long and 4.3m circumference) with sand volume 32.265 cum by using mud pump not below the fill height of 0.70m as per drawing and technical specifications, binding the tube with 9mm nylon rope to jati bamboo pegs of length 2m placed 5m c/c along both sides of the tube and at both ends to keep the tube in position during filling, as specified and directed including all loading, unloading and handling charges and local carriage upto a distance of 250M, pumping slurry using mud pump from a distance upto 500m, etc. including setting up of the tube laying platform, complete as directed.

Collection and supply of sand from approved quarry of specified grade for construction work free from debries and other foreign material etc. complete as directed.

Carriage of boulder/metal /sand /gravel, etc. including loading & unloading cost of P.O.L. etc. complete and including hire charge of truck with driver and handyman etc., complete as directed. On kutcha road/embankment/ quarry road (road not maintained by contractor) For 1st Km: For every Km extra lead beyond initial lead of 1 Km & up to 10 Km. (For 6 KM Lead)
