SPL REPAIR TO ROAD FROM GUARD POST BSM-06 TOWARDS KATIPAHARI OF TANKODROME UNDER GE BABINA

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm each and depth exc. 50 mm but n. exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M and L for 200mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried crushed stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber and all as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse crushed stone aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required (of grading as specified) type of stone granite/trap /basalt and including screening with moorum, watered, consolidated and compacted each layer seperately to the required grdient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10, @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with using paving bitumen VG-30, as 4 % of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm thick) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing old black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed by GE.
