LT Distribution panel sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm CRCA sheet totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets to provide IP-54 protection .The each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatment. The various components, assemblies and sub equipment’s of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar of the panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized in aluminum. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a ferule crimped to the wire, size 1500MM x1800x375mm. Having following components of approved make. Fitting of the above components in panel enclosure with terminal blocks, channels, ferrules, thimble, support insulator on bus bar, required hard wares complete in all respect.

Testing & commissioning of panel, as per required parameters with relevant IS. testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow Continuity and earth testing Meagering of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. checking for all tightness of nut and bolts Alignments of doors etc. Interlocking tests. All function tests
