Installation of CCTV Surveillance System and related materials on Rental basis to maintain law and order (As per the request of Police dept.) during the Shri Ganesh Chathurthi festival & various occasions for the year 2026-27 within HDMC limits

As the tender is called for monitoring maintain Law and Order sutuation in HDMC limits on the occasion of Shri Ganesha festival, bidder should have executed and completed similar projects (CCTVs on rentals basis for such occasion in any Govt of Karnataka state in coordination with duo Departments) in any Govt of Karnataka state in last 3 years. At least 50 Percentage of CCTV quantity in single work order and its Work Done certificates to be enclosed

The companies/agencies bidding for this project, bidder shall have single work done in the extent of Rs.upto 50% of the tender value to be enclosed. Proof of the same shall be submitted

The Bidder should be a Firm / Company registered in Karnataka as evidenced by a certificate of Registration / Incorporation and should be in the related business as detailed in the Scope of Work

Bidder should have GST Tax / Income Tax Registrations /PAN copy. All relevant attached documents duly attested as evidenced by the certificate issued by the relevant authorities

The Bidder shall have registered local office within 25km range, for prompt & quick support & services for rented CCTV cameras. The vendor is to give complete address along with concern documents (agreements, GST certificate, etc), telephone number with technical personnel available with them for this work. Same shall be submitted

The firm or agency should not have been terminated due to deficiency of Service in the last five years. The bidder should not have been disqualified or debarred or blacklisted by any Government office or Semi Government office or PSU or Bank for any default for such services in the past an Affidavit on 100 Rs Ebond declaring as follows should be given We have not been disqualified or debarred or blacklisted by any Government office or Semi Government Office or PSUs or Banks for any default for such services in the last five years

The Tenderer will have to submit documentary evidences confirming that they have average annual turnover of Rs.16 Lakhs, during the last three financial years from business of CCTV & related equipments (For financial year 2022-23, 2024-25 and 2025-26) duly audited or certified by the charted accountant with UDIN number

Bidder shall submit the Certificate from the Banker(As per the format given in this document, section XV,) that the bidder has liquid financial resources (Line of credit(LOC) to the extent of rs.4.63 lakh rupees, conditional LOC shall be considered for rejection of the bid).
