Excavation for road way in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50m as per technical specification clause 302.3 (Manual should be use where machines cannot be deployed due to site condition)

Scarifying the Existing Bituminous road surface to a depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified materials with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per technical specification Clause 301.4

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification Clause 401. Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100mm dia cast in aluminium resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout of epoxy mortar all as per BS : 873 (Part 4) 1973

Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
