Providing, cutting & fixing to required shape and design 19mm thick plywood (BWR) for cupboard shutters / table top / bottom / sides / partitions and the like. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, wastages, screws, nails, Fevicol SH, special labour charges for making cupboard shutters/ furnitures and finishing the surface neat after fixing in required position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. All complete - 2 mm thick sheet

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - Single tee with door - 110x110x110mm

Chipping the worn out wall and concrete portion using proper tools and removing the loose particles and preparing the surface for treatment with wire brush etc., complete until to reach good surface and removing the debris and disposal of the debris as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Removing the loose particles/rust/mill scale deposits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush / crush sheet etc., and removing the dust over the old concrete surface and providing and system based aromatic. Rust remover of CERA/SIKA/FOSROC/MC Bauchmie/ DON/BASF or Equivalant make certified and tested by accredited instituions (confirming to IS 9077-1979 (reaffirmed - 1997) Appendix B, Clause 5.3.3) including all tools complete as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a polymer based anticrrosive coating material of CERA/SIKA/FOSROC/MC Bauchmie/DON/BASF or Equivalent make certified and testing by accredited institutions mixing mechanically until it is homogenous and applying the same as one rich coat on prepared steel surface with brush with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering the wall surface with cement mortar of mix 1:4 (One part of cement 4 fine sand) mixed with styrene butadiene styrene rubber latex of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON/ BASF or Equivalent make certified and tested by accredited institutions (confirming to ASTM 1059-99 for bonding agent, Physical properties: Compressive strength 7.5 + or -2.0MPa, Tensile strength 2.0MPa at the ratio of 1:1:5 (1 part of cera polymer Latex : 1 part of water: 5 parts of cement) in 2 coats including all lead and lift etc., complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing an instant setting hydraulic water proofing compound (Classic Rapid set plugging mortar) at the junction of roof and parapet wall to stop the entry of water and providing one coat of water proofing bonding agent for cementitious mixes (CLASSIC Acryfix SBR or equivalent) mixed with cement slurry applied over the prepared surface including cleaning the surface etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PCC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 fine sand 3 6mm stone aggregate) haunching concrete 15 to 20cm wide mixed with classic Acryfix SBR Polymer Latex 2 litres per bag of cement (Primadam or equivalent) at the junction of roof and parapet wall to stop the entry of water after applying a primer coat of cement slurry mixed with classic Acryfix SBR polymer latex ratio of 1 litre per bag of cement complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing a rough plaster coat with polymer cement mortar of mix 1:3 mixed with FLOADD at recommended ratio i.e., 1 pack per bag of cement and SETCRETESB at 5 litre per bag of cement over the prepared lime mortar wall surface including all complete.

Applying cement based polimer modified primer coat for water proofing over the neat cleaned RCC or cement flooring porous surface at recommended ratio (i.e classic grout admix - 200gm per bag of cement and classic acryfix SBR polymer latex 1 liter per bag of cement + 1bag cement) primadon or equivalent

Providing a layer of trowel applied cementitious water proofing membrane of 5mm thick nominal SETSEAL TANKING - A prepacked water proofing single part system over the SETSEAL APPLIED primer surface after wetting the surface including all complete.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% intergal water proofing compound laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Supplying fixing and commissioning of Suguna / Texmo / Sharp 1HP monoblock pumpset slow speed single phase motor. The rate include the cost of pumpset, pumpset fixing in position and test run etc., complete.
