Dismantling of timber scantling as fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, any section & any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses, purlins etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (Or similar) each n exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning fillin in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm , in floors etc.set jointed in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:6, including dismanling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 300mm x 450 mm 6-7 mm thick (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismanling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

All as per item no as above on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished and exposed visible edge moulding/ rounding) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick type B2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection, joints should be filled with bitumen primer etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
