Demolition of brickwork, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling or stone /boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but incl ashlar facing, dressing stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone /boulder pitching, laid dry complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Excavation post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete solid block masonry with solid blocks with cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exceeding 10 cm in width, set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 Sq cm but not exc 250 Sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought to course complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, bed plates, benchings, etc., including use and waste of form work, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pin (Each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exceeding 5 cm long, diameter of neck over 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing, any mesh, including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stiffeners of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down & stopping of distempered & painted surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls, chajja, facia, column and roof projections and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
