Construction of ACR at Higher Secondary School Khonmoh

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil.

P/L stone soling (Hand packed) in trenches incl. ramming, dressing, watering etc. incl. all leads, lifts and carriage upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc.

b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

c) Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade. Fe-500D or more complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure upto level V including curing in: Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Super structure

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): kail wood.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second kail wood.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Second class Kail wood

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 2 mm thick.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Supply and filling of GSB / Nallah muck in plinth under floors of specified size including watering, ramming and consolidation including all costs and carriages complete.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing, laying of 25mm dia / 25mm wide 2mm thick PVC unbreakable conduits including cost other accessories like bends, junction boxes etc and resurfacing of wall with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix complete job.

Lighting point (one lighting point includes wiring of lighting point in 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire and 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated multistrand copper wire,6 amp one way swittch6 amp S pole MCB,10 amp DP MCB,2 way DB MCB and hylem sheet with 16/15 Watt LED surface lights.including cost of channelsas per requirement.One point controlled by one 6 amp switch.( upto 10 meters)including Placing and fixing in position 25mm PVC Conduit pipes with necessary bends and other fittings in RCC Work

Heating point (one heatting point includes wiring of lighting point in 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire and 4.00 sq.mm PVC insulated multistrand copper wire,16 amp one way swittch,10 amp S pole MCB,2 way DB MCB and hylem sheet.including Placing and fixing in position deep junction of cast iron with network Conduit pipes with necessary fittings in RCC Work.

Providing and fixing one fan point includes wiring for lighting points in 1.5sqmm pvc insulated copper wire and 2.5sqmm pvc in multi -strant copper wire 1200mm ceilling fan electronic fan dimmer.6Amp s pole MCB-10AMP DP MCB 2 Way DB for housing MCB or lightting circuits and hylem sheet.including Placing and fixing in position Fan clamp boxes with MS Fan clamps connected with network Conduit pipes with necessary fittings in RCC Work.

Carriage of materials from source to site of work by mechanical means.

a) Stone aggregate above 40mm nominal size for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.

b) Stone aggregate below 40mm nominal size for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.

c) Sand for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.

d) Bricks for an avg. lead of 15 Kms.
