Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for by machine/power hammer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken stone or boulder Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base or paving etc complete all as specified and directed ..

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever equired, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as specified and directed. (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- (a) Hardening compound shall be mix with as per manufactuerer instruction. The contractor shall submit purchase vouchers for the same for payment during RAR. (b) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of design mix from Commd test Lab/IIT/NIT/Govt institution only. (c) Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound 'grade A' complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Make of Sealing compound Grdae 'A' is ShailTex of M/S STP limited, MARUTI SEAL BS of Ms Maruti Bitumen and equivalent in M/s Fosroc, M/s Sika

M&L for forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler & top 30mm primed & sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' conforming to IS 1834 making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, thickness of concrete slab 200 mm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Make of Sealing compound Grdae 'A' is ShailTex of M/S STP limited, MARUTI SEAL BS of Ms Maruti Bitumen and equivalent in M/s Fosroc, M/s Sika

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed PCC pre-painted interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry,including dismantalling tiles of any thickness laid dry complete all as specified. Note:- The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificate at the time of sample approval.

M&L for sand filling under sub base including watering and consolidating as in cushioning bed for interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick pre-painted chequered cement concrete tiles set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments including 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolishion of kerb stone complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) of (Fe 410 W Gde E-250) channels, Angle square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 2 with one collar per length of pipe of dia 600 mm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for Slabs supported on walls, manhole covers, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10 mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc complete & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to making good by filling in screened and graded road materials over a priming / tack coat with good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over old black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed. Note:- (a)The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule "A" shall be adjusted @ the rate of 65.00 (Rs sixty Five ) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment) (b) Teh quoted rate shall be inclusive of design mix from Commd test Lab/IIT/NIT/Govt institution/Govt approved lab.

M&L for Premix Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of deisgn mix.

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.00 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern prpolled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic reuirement for glass shall be the table No 800.4 of MORT specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed.

S&F in repair soalr road stud as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Appropriate epoxy adhesive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufacturers specifiaction before fixing the cat eye and the same is includued in quoted rate by the contractor.complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair delinator, at the top portion two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 mm x 30mm are fixed on both sides of guide post. The body of guide post is moulded in ABS plastic and it is fixed on power coated steel pipe of 1.00 mtr height fixed in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 300 x 300 x 300mm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified & directed complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair solar delinators mounted over or including 50 mm dia MS pipe of length 750mm, coated with black epoxy poweder coating. Four ultra bright flashing LEDs in red or yellow colour, including fixing in ground by excavating post hole of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm in filling the same with PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS / Fibber / Plastic of size 80 cm dia fixed over & including 40 mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 Metre length duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm and excavation earth work all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS / Fibber / Plastic of size 100 cm dia fixed over & including 40 mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 Metre length duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm and excavation earth work all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair Modular type speed braker / Rumbler made of sturdy plastic (ABS) material of size 250 x 350 x 50mm fixed in position as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foudation filling and moss concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel pipe grade 304 framed work such as of pipes angles tees, flat incl gusset plates etc and welding and or riverting and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapir 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3M retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted. Note Nothing extra paid for writing.

M&L for cleaning, washing and applying two coat of indigo floor coat emulsion paint on old chequured tiles/interlocking tile surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specifiec and directed. Note:- The contractor shall submit purchase vouchers for Indigo floor emulsion paint.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking /hardstanding etc including set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in Cm 1:6 and removing rubbish off the premises from Defence land complete all specified and directed .
