M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 X 250 X 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid over cement screed base including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as follows:- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. Make : STP / Dr Fixit / Pidilite / Texsa India Ltd / Tikitar Dansona / Bengal Bitumen Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching. (ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the work. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarnatee of treatment shall be for min 10 yrs reckoned from date of completion of whole work.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ands of bar shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar works conforming to FE-290 GDE E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for frame work as in chowkats of doors windows of angle iron ,gates or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc conforming to Gde Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for hold fast of flat iron 25 x 3 mm conforming to Fe-290 or Fe 330 including preparing the surfaces & treated with two coats for coaltar & sanded with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for powder coated aluminium frame / shutter for doors, windows, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates including jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete with locking arrangements for fixing with powder coating on aluminium sections, minimum thickness of poweder coating shall be 50 micron as per the specification.
