Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded in concrete portion and making good disturbed ground etc complete all as specifie and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and as directed. (Including stiffening rods/flats and bolts)

M&L for excavation over areas n.exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for excavation over areas exc 1.50 m and n.exc. 3.0 m deep and getting out in Soft/loose complete all as specified.

M&L for Rough excavation n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for returning ,filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the statrting point complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 as in foundation filling and mass concrete in type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 as in foundation filling and mass concrete in type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M 30 ( Design mix ) foundation incliding rafts footing foundation columns, besement slabs, and mass concrete etc using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste formwork in foundation to sides of concrete foundation footing bases of columns, raft and raft beam side and soffits ( if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste formwork to faces to walls retaining wall abutments parapets and staircase railings and similar works including attached illasters, buttresses etc, vertical or to batter for rough surface of concrete complete all as specified.

M&L Boulder filling dry, handpacked tighlty as in behind retaining wall complete all as specified.

S& F PVC pipe (SWR) 100 mm dia as in weep holes of retaining walls complete all as specified.

Drilling/ boring through any type of soil(Soft/loose soil or hard /dense soil/ stiff clay/ sand /cobble stone/soft conglomerate/loose boulders) upto the depth as directed/indicated for 500 mm outer dia bored cast insitu vertical piles duly stabilising the sides by drilling fluids (Reverse or DMC method) or by using 6mm liners while encountering water or refusal level or by any other approved method and disposal of drilled / bored materials to a distance exc 50 m and not exc 100 m all as specified and shown on drawings.

Drilling/ boring through any type of soft rock upto the depth as directed/indicated for 500 mm outer dia bored cast insitu vertical piles duly stabilising the sides by drilling fluids (Reverse or DMC method) by using 6mm liners while encountering water or refusal level or by any other approved method and disposal of drilled / bored materials to a distance exc 50 m and not exc 100 m all as specified and shown on drawings.

Material and labour for Carrying out / conducting testing of pile for initial load test all as per IS - 2911 Part-IV -1985 for 500 mm dia pile of design safe load 150 ton , initial load test shall be carried out for load twice of safe load including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test results and preparing the test sheets complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Carrying out / conducting testing of pile for routine load test all as per IS - 2911 Part-IV -1985 for 500 mm dia pile of design safe load 150 ton , routine load test shall be carried out for load1.5 times of safeload including bringing at site all testing equipment, making arrangement for testing and removal of the same after completion and recording the test results and preparing the test sheets complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-30 design mix for cast-in-situ piles using tremie method and pile caps including chipping of piles from cut off level to a minimum height of 50 cm with disposal of chipped off concrete and spoil obtained to a distance exc. 500 m. and n.exc. 1000 m. complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Material and labour for carrying out Pile integrity test for 500 mm dia piles AS PER IS 2911 (PART IV) & IS 14893 including data analysis and submission of results in graphs and charts.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 75 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc.1.5m wide and n.exc.1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry using PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work and all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6
