Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soil.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 20mm nominal size. Crushed.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and complete. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Crushed.

Providing and laying dry stone soling in horizontal level including cost of stone.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Crushed.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix. 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Carriage of Cement from an average lead of 25kms by Mechanical Transport.

Carriage of Sand and bajree from an average lead of 15 kms by Mechanical Transport.

Carriage of Stone from an average lead of 5kms by Mechanical Transport.
