Replacement of the existing plywood with new plywood, 12 mm thick (7 ply), boiling water resistance (BWR), Grade, AA type as per IS 303: 1989 and IS 848: 2006 of size 1980 mm X 910 mm and fixing of six Nos suitable nut and bolts with washer in double and single bunk bed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each plywood board of dimension 1980 mm X 910 mm shall be measured and paid. Plywood shall be ISI marked of reputed brand.

Modification of existing Charpoy GI (newar) as per FD-220 to hard bed with necessary arrangement & fittings as follows including removal of newar and wooden blocks at bottom of legs complete all as specified and as directed.: - (i) Fixing two Nos stiffeners of 25 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm mild steel tube along width long rail dividing length into three parts using welding. (ii) Fixing six Nos MS cleats of size 50 mm X 60 mm X 6 mm on both side charpoy along short rails using welding. (iii) Fixing of MS plate 32 mm X 32 mm X 5 mm at bottom of legs using welding and fixing of 3 mm thick rubber sheet under MS plate using adhesive. (iv) Supply & fixing of 12 mm thick plywood (7 ply), boiling water resistance (BWR) Grade, AA type as per IS 303: 1989 and IS 848: 2006 of size 1980 mm X 900 mm fixed over the MS cleats, MS stiffeners with chromium plated screws. (v) Stiffeners and cleats shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.
