REPAIR TO DRAIN, BOUNDERY WALL, CURVE STONE AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SEWER LINE MANHOLES, MAIN HOLE COVER AND OTHER MISC B/R WORKS IN TARAPORE ENCLAVE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (SOUTH) DELHI CANTT-10

Removal/cleaning of blockage in WCs, WHB, Sink, Bottle traps, Nahani traps, cast iron soil waste pipe running on external wall of bldgs incl junction hole of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines from 100 mm bore not exc 300 mm bore in cluding manholes by super sucker machine with water jet pressure, the sucked wastage material will be collected in tanker and disposed off out of MoD land . All T&P will be provided by contractor including water for pressure to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : A pucca bound register shall be maintained at site showing the date and type of machine brought by the contractor with machine number, licence number etc and the total hours deployed at site. These details shall be got signed by JE/Engr-in-Charge and contractor which may be asked while claiming the payment of work done.

Dewatering/desilting of, manhole , Drain etc cleaning of all sludge,silt residue of both organic and inorganice nature by manual labour or mechnical scrappers etc and disposal of the same out side the defence land and depositing the waist in pit and covered with earth incl dumping the material to any depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m in deepth and 1.5m in width and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes ( Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including concrete bed internal diameter of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 5.00 here-in-before but internal dia. of pipe 200 mm.

Material & Labour concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 7.00 here-in-before but internal dia. of pipe 200 mm.

M&L for 150 mm internal dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 200 mm dia class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars . Complete all as specified and directed by Engg-IN-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. of any description complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes/drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints , hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with readymix plaster (as per manufacturer's instruction) on faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement on wall of upto two stories bldgs. Make of ready mix plaster : Birla Aerocon/Ultratech radiplast/ACC Acoplast. Note :- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech readiplast/ACC Accoplast / Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE) 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produced original purchase voucher alongwith test certificate of readymix plaster while claiming RAR/ Final Bill.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping and filling of holes and cracks with suitable material like wall care putty etc and there after applying one coat of Cement base paint on walls complete

M&L for Preparation of new plaster surfaces and apply two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer.

Desilting / desludging /cleaning of drains (covered/uncovered) of sectional area upto 1.00 Sqm and removing all blockage from drains such as plastic pieces, soil etc and removing the materials out side of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 1. The cover should be removed mechanically with due care and replace the same after cleaning the drain. 2. The rates are deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted.

S&F in repairs, SFRC manhole cover size 600mm dia x70mm thick with MS frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover : (a) M/s PS Concrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole.(c) Or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Contractor will provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debrish out of MoD Land.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protections, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base, to be finished even and fair complete including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in foor, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over 30mm thk sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmX20cmX 25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,laid over15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in kerb stone (factory made) on road and path etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, for foot path and similar items with plain fair finishing including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and set in CM 1:4 complete joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered or concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of external wall cair putti to finish smooth surface complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position including cutting of reinforcement to faciliate demolition complete all as specified.

M&L for providing, factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20 mm grade aggregate) cover slabs for drain with size 600mmx450mmx100mm thick with marking necessary hole in subsequent distance (i.e. 3 x hole in four rows) for ground watering in the drain, set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces, including chamfers weathering, throating etc. and cleaning old material before setting in mortar complete with joints to match, including necessary form work complete all as specifie and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description complete all as specified

M & L for Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, welded or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, window frames, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work fixed in position including holdfasts or screws confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & incl one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B-2,1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L extra for forming fair finish drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Inner girth only measured.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n .exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the strating point complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
